Air Algèrie catering has been awarded twice with international prizes, the first one at the gastronomic meeting in Marrakech in 2004, where we won the “Mehrez d’or” for the cold desert category.
The second time at a ceremony in “Melia Castilla hotel “in Madrid on January 25th , 2016, where we received “the International Food & Beverages Quality Award” a trophy presented by the Global Trade Leaders´ Club.
Honoured by these prestigious marks of distinction, we step up our efforts to constantly improve our performance, and to succeed in our mission, we made of the regulatory measures and the customer satisfaction, our development line which is compiled by the ISO 9001 certification, 2015 version in partnership with Air Algèrie group.
To provide a high quality service throughout the manufacturing process, we are committed to developing and implementing a food safety management system SMSDA, in accordance with the ISO 22000, 2005 version reference system with the close collaboration of the Ministry of Industry.
Our twofold approach ISO 9001 and ISO 22000, will certainly provide a better control of the manufacturing process, the procurement process, and the suppliers. This will allow us to strengthen our leading position in the airline catering business.
