Air Algèrie catering has been awarded twice with international prizes, the first one at the gastronomic meeting in Marrakech in 2004, where we won the “Mehrez d’or” for the cold desert category.

Food Production

The requirements of the food safety standards (HACCP) are rigorously applied on the plans and designs of the production kitchens that have been positioned in such a way as to ensure the strict compliance with the direction of the products flow.

Transportation and logistical capacities

Our airstrip workforce operates on permanent service basis providing assistance to all the flights that request our expertise.
